Dear Marlowe Milestone Sessions are perfect way to capture your little one's first year every step fo the way. As Houston's premier Child Photographer, we pride ourselves on documenting the most precious of moments in the most authentic way. We offer Milestone Sessions outdoors during golden hour or in the comfort of our Studio—a curated space with natural light, boho accents, and beautiful neutral tones. Whether you are interested in celebrating your little one’s first birthday or capturing your growing babe at each 3 month mark, we are happy to customize a collection that best fits your needs. As a Milestone client, your session grants you access to our wardrobe of oh-so-cute outfits for your child (and the full family)—a complementary feature that makes styling simple, affordable, and fun!
We keep our One Year Milestone Sessions simple, free from elaborate themes or intricate props, so we can focus on what matters most—your little one! If you have a vision of birthday balloons, colorful clothing, and character themes, we might not be the best fit for you. But if you’re open to soft neutrals, bold earth tones, dried florals, and textures galore, then you’re in the right place! And the best news of all?! As a Maternity Client, Newborn Client or One Year Milestone Client, you receive exclusive access to any Grow With Me add on for 3, 6, or 9 month sessions!

Our One Year Milestone Sessions offer three Collection options to meet your investment needs—each including high resolution digital files as well as a product credit that can be applied toward an album, framed images, loose prints, or additional digitals. Your $100 non-refundable Retainer secures your One Year Milestone Session and IS applied TOWARD your Collection Investment. As a One Year Milestone client, you have exclusive access to our Grow With Me add-ons which can be viewed below; if you’re wanting to capture your little one at all stages of life, this is the perfect way to do so!
What Milestone Options do I have to choose from?
While most Clients choose to celebrate their child’s One Year with a cake smash session, there’s no reason why each and every Milestone along the way can’t be commemorated. Whether 3, 6, 9, or 12 months of age, we offer wardrobe options of various sizes, a curated studio space with props, and a customized experience for every step your little one makes. And the more sessions you combine, the more you save! The Classic and Keepsake Collections also offer the option to include all family members—making the most of your time and investment. Please note, One Year Sessions are open to any Client, however, 3, 6, and 9 Month Add On’s are only available for Current One Year Milestone Clients or past Clients who have booked a Full Session within the last 18 months.
What if my child is not sitting unassisted yet?
While 9 and 12 months sessions often entail a more mobile baby, 3 (and sometimes 6) month sessions often require a different approach when your little one is not yet sitting unassisted. For our younger babes, we incorporate many of our studio props to help style overhead shots and implement stuffer to help support baby when upright. No matter your little’s age, we guarantee the ability to capture those oh-so-sweet moments you’ll never want to forget.
