If I’m being honest, unwrapped babies often terrify me. Entering the newborn world of the unknown and hoping they settle before the session time has elapsed creates more anxiety than I’m willing to admit. But when these new parents asked for baby to be photographed freely, I obliged and am so ever thankful I did. This has undoubtedly become my favorite session during my tenure as a Houston Newborn Lifestyle Photographer and I’ve photographed A LOT of babies!
Something about the little details just gets me—those tiny toes and teeny fingers—all things that get lost when we wrap baby like a big ole burrito. As your Houston Newborn Lifestyle Photographer, the details are what’s most important to me, so let’s not hide them.
Being a Houston Newborn Lifestyle Photographer means I allow our session to flow naturally, organically, and as authentically as possible. Baby leads the way and we don’t force anything they are unwilling to do or unhappy with. We photograph them just as they are!
We look forward to many more unwrapped, baby led sessions where these little ones can be themselves and we are right there along the way.
